Online Orders

Consumer Guarantees
When you buy something from Peter Gerard, the Australian Consumer Law gives you guaranteed rights. These rights are always there for you and can’t be ignored. They are in addition to any other policies we have.

Faulty Goods
If you think you’ve bought something from us that isn’t working right, don’t worry. Just show us your receipt or any other proof that you bought it from us, and we’ll help you out with a refund, replacement, or repair.

On occasion, we might need to have the item checked by an expert to understand what’s gone wrong. Please understand that if the item has been misused or not taken care of, we might not be able to exchange it, refund your money, or repair it. But we’re here to help, so let’s figure it out together!" 😊

Manufacturer Assistance
Manufacturers often have support centres to quickly help with product issues. You might find it helpful to reach out to them directly, but it’s not required. If you’re ever unhappy with the manufacturer’s solution, let us know.
